Activity maps show overwhelming postponements on the two sides of I-95. Elevated photographs shared via web-based networking media demonstrate what resemble tire tracks in the blanketed zone separating the north and southbound sides of the interstate.

It is indistinct if the blanketed tracks are identified with the crash, or what made the five autos impact.
